Job Description

Curriculum & Course Design: Develop and structure instructionally sound curriculum, lesson plans, and training materials aligned with government education frameworks. E-Learning Development: Design and implement interactive e-learning modules, simulations, and gamified learning experiences using industry-standard tools and technologies. Instructional Content Creation: Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), educators, and content developers to produce high-quality learning materials for diverse audiences. Learning Experience Enhancement: Integrate multimedia elements (videos, infographics, animations) to improve learner engagement and comprehension. Assessment & Evaluation Design: Develop quizzes, assessments, and feedback mechanisms to measure learning effectiveness and learner progress. Compliance & Standardization: Ensure all instructional content aligns with NEP 2020 guidelines, government education policies, and digital accessibility standards . LMS Integration & Management: Work with Learning Management Systems (LMS) to structure, deploy, and track digital learning courses effectively. Training & Capacity Building: Conduct workshops and training sessions for educators, trainers, and government officials on new instructional strategies and digital learning tools. Show more Show less
