About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the

  end-to-end design process

  for commercial, industrial, and institutional building projects.
• Prepare

  conceptual designs, working drawings, 3D models, and technical documentation

  .
• Independently handle

  project planning, client interactions, and consultant coordination

  .
• Conduct

  site visits

  and ensure designs meet regulatory and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and consultants to deliver projects within timelines and budgets.
• Research and implement

  innovative materials, design trends, and sustainable architecture practices

  .

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Architecture (M.Arch)

  from a recognized institution.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience

  in architectural design, preferably across commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors.
• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office

  (or similar tools).
• Strong knowledge of

  building codes, regulatory approvals, and construction practices

  .
• Ability to

  work independently

  and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
