Lead and execute planning, concept design, and presentation drawings for various projects.
Proficiency in creating comprehensive, detailed working drawings and ensuring timely submission.
Ability to translate design concepts into accurate, constructible plans.
Ensure all design and drawing submissions are fully compliant with current statutory regulations.
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams, consultants, and statutory bodies.
Ability to present design concepts clearly and convincingly to management and stakeholders.
Bachelors/Masters Degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch) from a recognized institution.
Proven track record in handling project documentation and submission.
