As a Senior Architect at OWM Architecture, you will play a crucial role in leading architectural design projects in Coimbatore. Your responsibilities will include integrating contemporary technological advancements, managing project timelines, collaborating with clients, and ensuring that all designs are climate and site responsive. You will oversee the entire architectural process from conception to completion. Key Responsibilities: - Lead architectural design projects with a focus on innovative Tropical Pragmatic architecture - Integrate contemporary technological advancements into designs - Manage project timelines effectively - Collaborate with clients to meet their specific needs - Ensure that all designs are climate and site responsive Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of experience in Architecture - Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design - Experience in Project Management, including managing project timelines - Knowledge of software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop, Blender, MS Office, and integration processes relevant to architecture - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills - Strong communication and teamwork abilities - Ability to lead and mentor junior team members - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture Note: Candidates from Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra, Karnataka, and Telangana are preferable.
