Role Overview:

IT Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the
IT staffing and staff augmentation
space.
Generate qualified leads through various channels (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, etc.).
Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand staffing needs and provide suitable solutions.
Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely and effective fulfillment of client requirements.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3–5 years of proven experience in
IT staffing, staff augmentation, or business development
.
Strong understanding of
recruitment processes
and
staffing business models
.
Proficiency in using
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
and other lead generation tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to handle clients independently and manage end-to-end business relationships.
Self-motivated with strong target orientation and result-driven mindset.

Good to Have:

Experience in working with
international clients (US/UK markets)
.
Familiarity with
CRM tools
and reporting dashboards.
