Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive

    Sales & Business Development

    for

    Solar Ground Mount Projects (GM)

    .
  • Build strong client relationships and maintain a network with

    captive/group captive clients

    .
  • Expertise in

    Solar Open Access business models

    and state-wise solar policies.
  • Lead client interactions with consultants, government bodies, and regulatory agencies.
  • Handle

    pricing, costing, budgeting, and financial control

    for GM projects.
  • Coordinate with

    Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC), and O&M teams

    for seamless project execution.
  • Manage all project phases:

    design, approvals, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover

    .
  • Supervise site activities (civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical works) ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources; prepare

    daily/weekly/monthly reports

    .
  • Implement

    risk management and quality control measures

    .
  • Ensure compliance with

    environmental regulations

    and sustainability practices.
  • Strong

    negotiation, coordination, and administration skills

    to manage contractors, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 78 years proven experience

    in

    Solar Ground Mount Project Sales & Business Development

    .
  • In-depth knowledge of

    Solar Open Access business models

    (captive, group captive, third-party).
  • Sound knowledge of

    state-wise solar policies, permits, and compliances

    .
  • Strong

    project management, planning, and execution skills

    .
  • Ability to conduct site inspections and resolve technical/operational issues.
  • Excellent

    communication, presentation, and client-handling skills

    .
  • Self-motivated, result-driven, and goal-oriented professional.
