Good understanding modem Base band, Front end and RF. Strong problem solving skills- expertise is matlab receiver/transmitter simulation, Good understanding of fixed point implementation. Strong understanding of embedded systems and coding skills Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in design, development and commercialization of PHY algorithm, Understand high-level customer requirements and translate those into high-quality design and system simulation in a time-critical fashion. Work with SW teams to explain design and troubleshoot issues. Be able to function both independently as well as function as part of a larger team.
