Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Mumbai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and developing strategies to drive business growth. Daily tasks include conducting market research, generating leads, meeting with potential clients, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop strategies and drive implementation
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
Ability to analyze data and trends to make informed decisions
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the real estate or prop-tech industry is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
