As a Business Development Manager at Maxworth, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by:

• Drive international sales and expand into new markets.
• Build and maintain strong client and distributor relationships.
• Lead and manage a team of 5 sales executives to achieve targets.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality teams for smooth operations.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to management.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in international sales (minerals, abrasives, or industrial products preferred).
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in global markets.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships and work across diverse markets.
• Excellent analytical skills with a strategic and solution-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with export regulations and global trade practices.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
