Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for IGIS. 
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. 
  • Develop strategies to increase market share within the target sectors 
  • Identify prospects, qualify leads, and manage the sales pipeline. 
  • Be the primary point of contact for potential clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions. 
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions. 
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention. 

 

Sales Target Achievement:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management. 
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients to secure profitable deals. 
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new sales opportunities. 

 

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities. 
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to refine service offerings based on market demand. 

 

Collaboration & Teamwork:

  • Work closely with internal operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services. 
  • Participate and contribute in cross-functional discussions to align on business strategies and execution plans. 

 

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and progress reports. 
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and market conditions to senior management. 

 

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience:

4-7 years of experience in ITeS Sales or Business development. 

Proven track record in driving sales and converting potential clients. 

 

Education:

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus. 


Skills:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
  • Strong understanding of IT/ITeS Services and industry trends. 
  • Ability to work independently and also as part of a team. 
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability. 
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) and MS Office tools. 

 

Personal Traits:

  • Target -oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets. 
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable. 
  • Ability to build and nurture long-term business relationships. 
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
