Requirements

• Minimum

  4 - 7 years

  of work experience in the

  renewable energy industry

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering

• MBA

  will be an added advantage
• Location: Gurgaon, India

Skills Required

• Proven ability to lead the complete sales process from

  prospecting and qualification to negotiation and PPA finalization

  .
• Conduct detailed

  market assessments

  to identify growth opportunities, competitive positioning, and emerging trends.
• Build

  trusted, long-term relationships

  with clients across segments and with business owners, developers, and key industry partners.
• Develop and deliver

  persuasive business presentations, proposals, and financial cases

  to potential clients.
• Apply strong

  techno-commercial insight

  to craft client-specific proposals that help them meet

  sustainability goals and net-zero targets

  .
• Demonstrate strong

  analytical and financial skills

  with a solid understanding of

  energy markets

  .
• Lead

  PPA negotiations

  , ensuring balanced risk allocation and compliance with company standards. Collaborate with

  legal and contracts teams

  on final documentation.
• Stay updated on

  regulatory developments, government incentives,

  and

  financing mechanisms

  to advise clients effectively.
• Work closely with

  engineering, finance, and project management teams

  to design tailored renewable solutions that maximize fossil-fuel displacement at the most efficient cost.
• Track

  pipeline progress, sales forecasts,

  and

  performance metrics

  for senior management reviews.
• Represent the company at

  key industry events and forums

  to strengthen brand presence and generate new business leads.
