Project Finance Analyst

Role Description

Looking for 8-10 years of Work Experience in:

1. Credit appraisal of clients

• Detailed credit evaluation of incoming leads based on financials, industry reports and market information.
• Financial modelling and determination of risk-adjusted prices.
• Evaluation of PPAs, SHAs and any other agreements
• Portfolio Audit & open to take up any other task

2. Debt fund raising

• Preparation of Information Memorandum (IM) to establish the viability of the Project/ Company operations
• Develop Financial Model for raising project finance/ refinancing of assets & getting sanction for the same
• Reviewing, negotiating, and closing of term sheets, loan agreements 
• End to end PCC / PDC compliance, post sanction & ongoing compliances
• Coordinating with various Agencies including TEV, LIE, Valuation, Legal counsel etc. 
• Developing and maintaining relationships & coordinating with Banks/ Financial Institutions/ NBFCs/ Credit Funds / Strategic Investors (sector agnostic) 
• Inter-department liaising to get required information
• Manage Audit related queries
