As the Head of India Operations for Fiber Engineering & Telecom Programs, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and leading a centralized hub in India that integrates OSP fiber network design, fiber engineering services, drive testing, benchmarking, and backend operational support. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring operational excellence, profitability, and delivering top-notch service to major global telecom clients such as AT&T, Verizon, Ericsson, and Nokia. You will be responsible for creating and leading a collaborative, high-performance culture within the centralized operations hub. Your strategic leadership will involve designing the organizational structure, workflows, and resource allocation to enhance coordination and efficiency. Additionally, you will oversee OSP fiber network design, fiber engineering services, drive testing, benchmarking, and backend operations to drive consistency and efficiency in service delivery.
