Head of India Operations – Fiber Engineering & Telecom Programs

About the Role

The selected leader will:

• Establish and scale a unified

  India Operations Center

  integrating multiple telecom delivery functions under one roof.
• Drive

  operational excellence, process efficiency, and profitability

  across OSP design, fiber engineering, and backend support.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure world-class delivery standards for global clients.
• Manage

  P&L ownership

  , ensuring financial discipline, cost optimization, and project profitability.
• Build strong client and vendor relationships to foster trust, transparency, and innovation.

Ideal Profile

• 15–18 years of progressive leadership in

  Telecom Infrastructure, Fiber Engineering, and OSP Design

  .
• Proven track record managing

  end-to-end program delivery

  for major U.S. telecom operators.
• Expertise with

  ARAMIS, WALDO, IQGEO, AutoCAD, and GIS platforms

  .
• Demonstrated success in

  P&L management, stakeholder governance, and large-scale team leadership

  .
• PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or Fiber Optic Association (FOA) certification preferred.
