🧠 Role OverviewPosition: Electrical Engineer (Open access – project development – AC Infra )Specialization: BE/BTech/Diploma in Electrical EngineeringExperience Required: 7–10 yearsAnnual Pay Scale: ₹13–14Lakhs( slightly negotiable)Location: Pan-India (site-based travel required)🔧 Key Responsibilities📦 EPC Contract ManagementOversee Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) contracts per baseline and agreement.Manage material flow as per BOQ; ensure timely site delivery.Maintain quality, utility standards, and project timelines.🧑‍💼 Contractor & Vendor CoordinationIdentify contractor requirements and coordinate with procurement.Manage vendor mobilization, work allocation, PO amendments, and billing.🏗️ Site Execution & SupervisionAdapt to site conditions and ensure delivery within Time, Safety, Quality, and Budget constraints.Conduct meetings with contractors, subcontractors, and engineers.Supervise erection and commissioning of:Pooling SubstationsTransmission LinesGrid Substation Terminal Bays📐 Technical ExpertiseReview and validate construction drawings against specifications.Ensure compliance with IS, CEA, and PGCIL standards.Identify suitable sites considering topology and grid availability.⚡ Electrical Systems OversightSupervise installation, testing, and commissioning of:Solar Modules, Inverters, CablesTransformers, UPS, SwitchgearCT, PT, CVT, Isolators, STATCOMHarmonic Filters, Power Quality Meters, BatteriesTransmission lines .📋 Documentation & HandoverResolve punch points and ensure complete documentation for client or asset management handover.🔌 Utility LiaisonCoordinate with power grid/utilities for:Load schedulesOutagesSwitchyard operationsLine clearances (LC)🌍 Additional RequirementsWillingness to travel and relocate to various sites across India or abroad.Strong adherence to ESG guidelines and electrical safety standards.💡 Ideal Candidate TraitsStrong leadership and coordination skillsDeep understanding of electrical infrastructure and grid systemsAbility to manage complex multi-stakeholder environmentsProactive problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesRequest you to explore the candidate and arrange the same at the earliest to take it forward.
