Role Description

The Electrical Project Manager will oversee electrical projects, ensuring their timely execution, quality, and compliance with safety standards and budgets. Responsibilities include project planning, resource allocation, coordinating with stakeholders, managing procurement and logistics, supervising on-site execution, and conducting performance reviews to ensure alignment with project objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune.

Qualifications

• Proficient understanding of Electricity and Electrical Contracting processes
• Strong knowledge of Electrical Design and Electrical Engineering principles
• Experience in Budgeting, cost control, and effective financial management
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to lead and coordinate diverse teams
• Familiarity with safety and quality standards in electrical systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• PMP Certification or equivalent is a plus
• Prior experience in managing industrial and commercial electrification projects is highly desirable
