Project Finance Analyst

Role Overview: As a Project Finance Analyst at IQVIA, your primary responsibility will be to manage the Order to Cash (O2C) activities for a portfolio of projects. You will be working closely with internal stakeholders including account management teams, project operations teams, Project Finance Global Leadership, Business Finance, and Local Country Finance. Your role will involve tasks such as setting up projects and activities in the enterprise ERP system (PeopleSoft), maintaining customer contracts and project budgets, analyzing project revenue and backlog, providing relevant project level reporting, and supporting the management team with compliance-related tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Support internal stakeholders within IQVIA, including account management teams, project operations teams, and finance teams - Work in enterprise ERP (PeopleSoft) on tasks such as project and activity set up, maintaining customer contracts and project budgets, maintaining rate sets, revenue plans, billing plans, milestones, and other project data - Assist project teams and finance teams in monthly revenue and backlog accounting, analyzing project revenue and backlog, and identifying/correcting exceptions - Highlight deviations in key project performance metrics and support the management team with compliance-related tasks - Provide relevant project level reporting, manage ad-hoc tasks, achieve subject matter expertise in PFM activity, and train & coach colleagues in the team - Support the management team in quality assurance, process documentation, lean projects, and other operational governance activities Qualifications Required: - Graduate or Post-Graduate in commerce, economics, accounting, management, or allied areas - Education in accounting is mandatory - Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders - Good knowledge of statutory and management accounting - Strong communication skills (written and verbal) - Willingness to work in shifts and in a flexible & challenging environment - Willingness to exhibit strong work ethics, accountability, and discipline - Skills for working in advanced MS Excel and PeopleSoft PA module are desirable,
