Show your value, then own your path. --- Key Responsibilities This is an outcome-driven, high-ownership role with a flexible hybrid work model. You'll be the first BDM on the team, directly driving business growth and shaping our go-to-market strategy. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and wants to prove their impact with complete autonomy. * Build repeatable systems: Design and leverage scalable frameworks, flows, and templates, that can be reused, optimized, and delegated over time, making BD less about hustle, more about systems that sell. * Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify potential clients via outbound and inbound methods,and conduct initial calls to understand client needs, qualify them for solution fit, and document findings. * Campaign planning & Outreach Execution: Design and run cold email, LinkedIn, and other outbound campaigns with messaging that matches ICP needs. * Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead pricing, scope, and commercial negotiations with prospects and drive the deal to closure. * Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date records in CRM, ensure pipeline stages are clean, and flag blockers early. * Account Growth & Upsell: Identify and convert opportunities within existing clients for additional services or long-term retainers. --- Who You Are * Able to work independently, design systems, and thrives with ownership * 4+ years in Business Development (in IT outsourcing | SAAS | international B2B) * Track record of closing deals and building repeatable BD systems * Familiar with CRMs, outbound tools, and BD automations (Apollo, Instantly, etc.) Show more Show less
