We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to accelerate our growth and deepen market presence. Role Overview As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities by building strong networks with architects, interior designers, and direct clients. You’ll play a critical role in positioning QUBA Homes as the partner of choice for turnkey interior projects and custom furniture, while achieving sales and revenue targets. Key Responsibilities Lead Conversion & Sales Closures Follow up on qualified leads and inbound inquiries shared by the sales head Conduct calls, client meetings, and presentations to drive project closures Ability to create and pitch tailored presentations for high-end residential and commercial projects Capable of identifying market opportunities and converting leads into successful projects. Industry Network & Market Awareness Must have an extensive, pre-existing network of Architects, Interior Designers, and Builders. Ability to leverage this network to generate new business and drive partnerships. Strong industry awareness – should be well-informed about active players and market movements in the luxury interiors segment Architect & Designer (A&D) Network Development Build and maintain relationships with architects and interior designers to generate regular business opportunities Visit A&D offices to showcase QUBA’s offerings, present product samples, and position QUBA as their preferred execution partner Acquire site layouts and client briefs through A&D channels and convert them into projects Client Engagement & Experience Coordinate client presentations, design consultations, and quotation discussions Facilitate client walkthroughs of QUBA’s showroom and factory, explaining design and product detailing Maintain high-touch communication to build trust, address concerns, and close deals efficiently Revenue Generation & KPIs Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined in the department KPIs Ensure client closures and project conversions align with business profitability and service standards CRM & Pipeline Management Log all interactions, lead status, and follow-ups daily on CRM tools Maintain a well-structured sales pipeline and reporting discipline Team Mentorship & Coordination Guide and support Business Development Executives (BDEs) in prospecting and client management Coordinate with in-house teams for smooth lead handover and project alignment Brand Representation Represent QUBA Homes at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meets Confidently present the brand’s capabilities to potential clients, influencers, and consultants Qualifications & Skills · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field · Minimum 4 years of sales or business development experience in interiors or architecture industry · Demonstrated success in closing high-value interior projects · Strong network of architects, designers, builders, and HNI clients · Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills · Professional presence and ability to build long-term client relationships · Self-motivated, target-oriented, and process-driven · Proficiency in CRM platforms, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and general sales reporting tools Why Join QUBA Homes? · Represent a premium design and manufacturing brand in the luxury interiors space · Lead and grow within a high-performing, collaborative team · Competitive performance-based incentives and career growth potential · Be part of iconic residential and commercial projects across India To Apply Send your resume to: qubaea@qubahomes.com Subject Line: Application – Business Development Manager – QUBA Homes Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 30/05/2025
