Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our E-Hybrid Bike company. The candidate must have prior business development experience in a relevant field such as electric vehicles, automobiles, bikes, mobility solutions, or related industries. The role involves expanding market presence, building strong dealer and corporate relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for E-Hybrid Bikes
• Build and manage dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks
• Develop B2B and B2C sales strategies to increase market penetration
• Conduct market research on EV trends, competitors, and customer needs
• Generate leads and convert them into long-term business relationships
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, and technical teams
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Attend exhibitions, dealer meets, and promotional events

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Mandatory: Proven BDM experience in automobile / EV / bike / mobility industry
• Strong understanding of electric or hybrid bike products and market dynamics
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to travel extensively for business development activities

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience working with EV dealerships or two-wheeler networks
• Knowledge of government EV policies and subsidies (preferred)
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and growth-focused mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
