Job Description

About the Role: As a Business Development Manager at M Studio, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and scaling up our business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying new market opportunities, developing and executing comprehensive demand generation and growth marketing strategies, and driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention. Based in Noida, M Studio is one of the fastest-growing Photography & Video Production Studios in Delhi NCR, catering to a diverse clientele ranging from startups to renowned brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities through comprehensive market research and lead generation strategies.
  • Utilize online platforms, especially social media, for lead generation.
  • Manage complete sales cycles from initial contact to deal closure and client relationship management.
  • Plan and execute innovative marketing initiatives to expand our agency's reach.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious sales goals.
  • Initiate contact with potential clients and arrange productive meetings.
  • Create compelling presentations and sales pitches to showcase our capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of B2B sales or business development experience.
  • Proven track record in business development within an agency background.
  • Strong proficiency in identifying sales leads, lead generation strategies, and market analysis.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in creating impactful presentations and sales materials.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
  • Experience in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and train team members.
  • Strategic thinking and a results-driven mindset.
