Sr. Video Editor

Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our dynamic team at M Studios. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for assembling recorded film and video footage, applying artistic editing techniques, and creating finished, broadcast-worthy projects that accurately reflect the vision of our clients. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical skill set, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Edit video footage to tell concise, visually pleasing stories that align with the client's vision and objectives.
• Collaborate with videographers and creative-directors to understand project requirements and deliver finished projects on time.
• Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects to enhance footage.
• Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running of the final video product.
• Review and edit raw footage to ensure a high-quality product.
• Experiment with styles and techniques including the design of graphic elements.
• Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry best practices to maximize efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Video Editor or similar role in a video production company.
• Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio.
• Thorough knowledge of timing, pacing, and continuity.
• Creative mind and storytelling skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Candidates:

• Living nearby Noida region
• Available to join immediately
• 3+ years of job experience, freelancing would not be considered
• Wiling to work for long-term duration

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
