Key Responsibilities:


1. Market Research and Analysis:

  - Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients in the photography and video production industry.

  - Analyze competitor strategies and market dynamics to formulate effective business development plans.


2. Client Relationship Management:

  - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with our services.

  - Identify and engage with new clients through networking, outreach, and participation in industry events.


3. Sales and Revenue Generation:

  - Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and business growth.

  - Present our agency's services to potential clients, highlighting the unique value propositions and creative solutions we offer.


4. Proposal and Contract Development:

  - Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts that align with client needs and agency capabilities.

  - Collaborate with the production team to ensure accurate and realistic project estimates.


5. Collaboration with Production Team:

  - Work closely with the production team to translate client requirements into feasible projects.

  - Act as a liaison between clients and the production team to ensure smooth communication and project execution.


6. Negotiation and Closing Deals:

  - Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable contracts.

  - Close deals and manage the contract signing process, ensuring clarity and understanding on both sides.


7. Reporting and Forecasting:

  - Provide regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends.

  - Contribute to the development of annual business forecasts and strategic planning.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in business development within the photography and video production industry.

- Strong understanding of creative processes and production workflows.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Knowledge of industry trends and the competitive landscape.


  • Note: This is a full-time work from office profile. Preference to candidates who reside nearby Noida region.
  • Salary Range - 40K to 60K Fixed + Incentives
