Responsibilities: Edit video footage to tell concise, visually pleasing stories that align with the client's vision and objectives. Collaborate with videographers and creative-directors to understand project requirements and deliver finished projects on time. Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects to enhance footage. Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running of the final video product. Review and edit raw footage to ensure a high-quality product. Experiment with styles and techniques including the design of graphic elements. Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry best practices to maximize efficiency. Requirements: Proven work experience as a Video Editor or similar role in a video production company. Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve). Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio.
