Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Content Intern located in Noida. The Digital Content Intern will be responsible for assisting in the creation and management of digital marketing content. Day-to-day tasks include supporting digital strategy initiatives, managing content projects, and analyzing the performance of digital campaigns. The role also involves coordinating with different teams to ensure timely and effective content delivery.

*What You'll Do*

Content Creation:* Assist in developing and curating engaging content (e.g., blog posts, social media updates, short video scripts) that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing goals.

Social Media Management:* Schedule and post content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter). Monitor social channels, engage with our audience, and help track key performance indicators.

Basic Design/Editing:* Support the team with basic photo editing, graphic design tasks (using tools like Canva or similar), and video trimming for digital use.

Content Calendar Support:* Help maintain and organize the editorial calendar, ensuring all content is delivered on time.

Research & Strategy:* Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and content performance to inform future strategy.

Administrative Support:* Assist the broader marketing team with administrative tasks as needed.

*Who You Are*

* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

* A strong, versatile writer with excellent grammar and a keen eye for detail.

* Familiar with popular social media platforms and their respective content best practices.

* A self-starter who is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

* Eager to learn and adaptable to new tools and technologies.
