Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Sr. Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong visual sense, a passion for design, and the ability to communicate ideas through compelling graphics. You will be responsible for creating visual content for various platforms, including digital and print media. Key Responsibilities: Design and produce engaging graphics for websites, social media, marketing materials, and other visual communications. Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to understand project requirements and objectives. Create layouts and designs for print materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters. Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity for the brand. Edit and enhance photos and illustrations as needed. Stay up to date with design trends and industry best practices. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. Strong working knowledge of 3 to 5yrs in CorelDRAW, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Figma. Knowledge of Premier Pro, After Effects would be and added advantage. We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Video Editor who can create compelling video content for digital platforms, events, and campaigns. The ideal candidate should be proficient in traditional video editing software and latest AI-powered video creation tools to streamline workflows, enhance creativity, and produce high-quality videos efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Plan, edit, and produce engaging video content for marketing campaigns, social media, events, and brand initiatives. Utilize AI-driven video editing tools for motion graphics, automated cuts, color grading, and VFX. Work with AI video generation platforms (e.g., Runway ML, Pika Labs, Sora by OpenAI, Synthesia, Descript ) to create innovative content. Collaborate with the creative team to develop storyboards and concepts aligned with brand guidelines. Edit raw footage into high-quality videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools. Implement AI tools for speed and creativity (automated subtitles, voice cloning, text-to-video, background replacement). Maintain consistency of brand tone and style across all videos. Optimize videos for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, OTT, etc.). Stay updated with latest AI trends and tools for video creation. Train and guide junior editors on AI-based workflows. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Animation, or related field. Experience: 4+ years in professional video editing with a strong portfolio. Technical Skills: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop). Knowledge of AI video tools like Runway ML, Pika Labs, Synthesia, Descript, Sora by OpenAI, MidJourney (for visuals) . Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and compression techniques . The Head of Fundraising & Partnerships will be responsible for driving the organization’s capital raising initiatives by establishing and nurturing relationships with angel investors, venture capitalists, institutional investors, and strategic partners . This role will focus on generating investments for AICRA’s projects, including India STEM Lab, Startup Investment Platforms, AI & Robotics Programs , and future innovation-driven initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy aligned with AICRA’s growth objectives. Identify, approach, and engage angel investors, VCs, corporate funds, and institutional investors to secure funding for AICRA projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with investment networks, family offices, and funding agencies both in India and globally. Design and pitch compelling investment proposals and presentations to prospective investors. Collaborate with internal teams to align project requirements with investor expectations. Negotiate partnership terms, investment agreements, and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks. Represent AICRA in investment summits, networking events, and industry forums . Track, report, and present fundraising performance metrics to senior leadership. Qualifications & Skills: Experience: Minimum 8-12 years in fundraising, investor relations, or strategic partnerships in technology, education, or innovation-driven sectors. Strong existing network of angel investors, venture capital firms, and strategic partners . Proven track record in securing funding for large-scale projects or startups. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Understanding of STEM education, technology incubation, AI, and robotics sectors (preferred).
