Web UI Developer

This is a highly autonomous, dual-discipline role responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing all public-facing digital properties with the primary goal of maximizing sales and lead conversions. Operating in a bootstrapped environment, the engineer owns the full product lifecycle: from initial user research and prototyping (UX/UI) to production code and A/B test implementation (Development & CRO).

Key Responsibility:

• Full-Stack Implementation: Develop, deploy, and maintain all web properties (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks/libraries) ensuring speed, stability, and SEO performance.
• UX/UI Design & Prototyping: Conduct lean user research to identify conversion funnels. Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes to solve pain points and improve critical user journeys (e.g., registration, sponsorship inquiry).
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Be the company's Growth Hacking leader. Design, code, and launch A/B tests on all high-priority pages (landing pages, checkout, forms) and measure results to drive continuous conversion improvements.
• Design System: Establish and maintain a simple, scalable Design System (UI component library) that speeds up design and development across all properties.
• Integration & Data: Ensure seamless integration between web properties and essential business tools (CRM, analytics, payment gateways) to provide clean data for sales and marketing analysis.

Required Skills:

Proven capability in both modern UI/UX tools (Figma) and Front-End Development (React/Vue/JavaScript). Strong experience with CRO/A/B testing tools. Deep understanding of Lean/MVP development principles and data-driven decision-making. Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure, resource-constrained environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
