Sr. Video Editor

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Video Editor who can bring creativity, storytelling ability, technical excellence, and speed to our video production workflow. The ideal candidate should be proficient in advanced editing techniques, motion graphics, color grading, and must demonstrate strong working knowledge of AI-powered video, audio, and content enhancement tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, events, social media, product presentations, and long/short-format content.
• Lead the full post-production workflow including rough cuts, fine edits, motion graphics, visual effects, color correction, and sound design.
• Utilize AI-based tools for video editing, enhancement, audio clean-up, auto-captioning, content repurposing, and visual improvements to accelerate production.
• Collaborate closely with the creative, marketing, and production teams to understand requirements and deliver visually compelling outputs.
• Manage and maintain organized project files, versioning, and backups across multiple projects.
• Provide direction and mentorship to junior editors and freelancers.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs aligned with brand guidelines and creative expectations.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging editing trends, AI technologies, plugins, and new creative workflows.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and other major editing software.
• Strong grasp of After Effects, motion graphics, and VFX fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with AI video tools such as:
• Runway ML
• Adobe Firefly
• Descript
• Topaz Video AI
• ElevenLabs / AI Voice Tools
• Auto-captioning / script generation tools
• Ability to enhance productivity using AI for:
• Scene cleanup
• AI rotoscoping
• Background replacement
• AI-generated B-roll
• Audio noise reduction and voice enhancement
• Script-to-video or text-to-video transformations
• Strong understanding of cinematic editing principles, pacing, narrative structure, and visual storytelling.
• Exceptional attention to detail with creative problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
