Your role will involve translating creative briefs into visually compelling content, collaborating with creative team members, and enhancing video quality through motion graphics and sound design. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead video editing projects ensuring brand identity and visual consistency. - Translate creative briefs into visually compelling content with excellent narrative flow. - Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and copywriters. - Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop. - Create motion graphics, visual effects, and transitions to enhance video quality. - Design thumbnails, assets, and supporting visuals with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. - Enhance emotional impact through music selection and sound design. - Contribute ideas on storytelling, content structuring, and pacing for effective brand communication. **Required Skills:** - 4+ years of experience in video editing and post-production. - Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator. - Strong understanding of brand value, tone, and content aesthetics. - Excellent storytelling and narrative-building skills. - Keen sense of music, rhythm, and audio-visual synchronization. - Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. - Strong communication and team collaboration skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree or diploma in Visual Communication, Film Editing, Media Arts, or related fields. - Previous experience in branding, advertising, or creative agency setting. - Immediate joiners will be given priority.
