Candidate Communication: Acting as the first point of contact for candidates, answering basic queries, and sending timely updates. Onboarding Paperwork: Collecting necessary documents from new hires (e.g., identity proofs, educational certificates, bank details), ensuring all forms are complete and filed. Induction Support: Assisting in organizing and sometimes conducting initial orientation sessions for new employees, introducing them to company policies, culture, and teams. Background Checks: Initiating and following up on basic background verification processes. Skills Required Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication for interacting with candidates and employees. Attention to Detail: Crucial for accurate record-keeping and document preparation. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and keep information well-structured. Interpersonal Skills: Being approachable, empathetic, and able to build rapport. Confidentiality: Understanding and strictly adhering to the privacy of sensitive employee information. Problem-Solving (Basic): Ability to handle routine issues and escalate complex ones.
