Buying & Sourcing Executive – Fittora (Luxury-Tech Fashion Startup)

About the Role

Fittora blends AI precision with bespoke tailoring to create luxury, made-to-measure fashion. We are looking for a motivated Buying & Sourcing Executive to support our sourcing and production team. This role is ideal for a fresher passionate about fashion and eager to learn how materials, trims, and production come together to create high-quality garments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and researching fabric, trims, and accessory suppliers.
• Coordinate with vendors to collect samples, swatches, and product details.
• Support negotiations by preparing cost comparisons and vendor reports.
• Help in tracking purchase orders, delivery schedules, and timelines.
• Work with the design and production team to ensure material availability for sampling and bulk production.
• Maintain organized records of suppliers, fabrics, trims, and packaging materials.
• Assist in basic quality checks for fabrics, trims, and accessories on arrival.
• Learn and follow sourcing guidelines that align with Fittora’s sustainability values.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Textiles, Apparel Production, or related field.
• Strong interest in luxury fashion, fabrics, and garment production.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and follow up with vendors.
• Eager to learn about sourcing, negotiation, and supply chain in fashion.
• Knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment components (basic level) is an added advantage.
