Sponsorship Head

The Head – Sponsorship will spearhead sponsorship strategy, acquisition, and relationship management for AICRA’s flagship events and initiatives including Technoxian, Startup Mahakumbh, GAISA, STEM programs, and national advisory committees. The role demands a dynamic leader with strong corporate connections, proven experience in sponsorship sales, and the ability to create long-term partnerships that align with AICRA’s vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sponsorship strategies to achieve financial targets for events and initiatives.
• Identify, approach, and secure high-value sponsors across industries, corporates, PSUs, and government bodies.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with sponsors, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing and events teams to design attractive sponsorship packages and deliverables.
• Negotiate contracts, ensure compliance, and deliver promised benefits to sponsors.
• Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities for brand partnerships.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on sponsorship performance.
• Represent AICRA in high-level meetings, networking forums, and industry associations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 8–12 years of proven experience in sponsorship sales, corporate partnerships, or business development.
• Strong corporate network with decision-makers in relevant industries.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinker with ability to close high-value deals.
• Experience in large-scale events, expos, or association-based sponsorships preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
