Sponsorship Head

Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate Sponsorship Partner / Executive who can connect with leading brands and bring in sponsorships for Beast Drive – The Survival Run.
You’ll reach out to FMCG, automobile (car & bike), sports, fitness, food, beverage, water, energy drink, chocolate, gold, tech (like MacBook, iPhone, gadgets), and lifestyle brands that align with the Beast Drive audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential sponsor brands across relevant categories.
• Approach and pitch sponsorship opportunities for The Survival Run to top Indian and international brands.
• Create and present compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations.
• Negotiate deals and ensure brand expectations and event goals are aligned.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with brands and marketing agencies.
• Work closely with event, PR, and marketing teams to deliver sponsor commitments.

Requirements:

• Must hold a Degree or Postgraduate qualification.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and good at networking with brands.
• Interest in sports, events, automobiles, and marketing.
• Based in Bangalore and available to work from office.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and ambition to grow in marketing or brand management are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
