Role Overview: The Sponsorship Manager will be responsible for identifying, pitching, closing, and managing sponsorship and partnership deals for BeastDrive. This role involves working closely with marketing, events, and strategy teams to create value-driven packages that align with sponsor goals. Key Responsibilities: Identify and research potential sponsors, corporate brands, and media partners. Create customized sponsorship proposals, pitch decks, and brand integration plans. Initiate and lead outreach efforts (emails, calls, LinkedIn, events). Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and partnership terms. Maintain relationships with current and past sponsors for long-term collaboration. Coordinate with creative and production teams for on-ground branding, digital visibility, and deliverables. Monitor sponsorship KPIs and ensure all commitments are fulfilled. Provide regular reports and updates to management on sponsorship progress. Attend meetings, networking events, and industry expos to represent BeastDrive. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in sponsorship sales, brand alliances, or B2B partnerships (event/entertainment/sports industry preferred).
