Beast Drive is South India’s biggest car rally experience, covering 10 cities and 3500+ KM of adventure. We’re hiring a Sponsorship Sales Manager to lead partnership and sponsorship acquisition across our events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, pitch, and close sponsorship deals with brands across automotive, lifestyle, tech, and FMCG sectors.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners.
• Create tailored sponsorship proposals and pitch decks.
• Collaborate with marketing and event teams to deliver sponsor benefits.
• Meet revenue targets and maintain detailed reporting of outreach and closures.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in sponsorship sales, B2B sales, or brand partnerships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Existing brand/agency network is a big plus.
• Passion for events, motorsports, or experiential marketing is preferred.

Salary: Competitive + Incentives based on performance.
