Sponsorship Sales Manager

As the Sales Team Manager in our dynamic organization, your role will involve leading and managing a sales team of 45 members to ensure consistent achievement of individual and team targets. Drawing from your 5 years of industry experience, you will drive revenue growth and enhance client satisfaction. Your 2 years of managerial experience in the international event industry will be instrumental in providing ongoing training and support to new and existing team members, thereby improving overall performance. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a sales team of 45 members to consistently meet or exceed targets. - Utilize over 5 years of industry experience to drive revenue growth and enhance client satisfaction. - Hold at least 2 years of managerial experience in the international event industry. - Provide continuous training and support to new joiners and existing team members to enhance performance. - Develop, implement, and optimize sales strategies to generate high-quality leads and close deals effectively. - Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, and identify areas for improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless event execution. - Stay abreast of market trends and competitors to adapt strategies accordingly. Qualifications: - Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). - Minimum 5 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role in the international event industry. - Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Innovative thinker with a talent for strategic planning and execution.
