Job Description

Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage a sales team of 4–5 members, ensuring individual and team targets are consistently met or exceeded. • Utilize over 5 years of industry experience to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction. • Carry at least 2 years of experience in a managerial role within the international event industry. • Provide ongoing training and support to new joiners and existing team members to improve performance. • Develop, implement, and optimize new sales strategies and techniques to generate high-quality leads and close deals effectively. • Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, and identify areas for improvement. • Collaborate with cross-functional departments including marketing, operations, and client servicing to ensure smooth event execution. • Stay updated on market trends and competitors to adjust strategies accordingly. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). • Minimum 5 years of total experience, with at least 2 years in a team-leading/managerial role in the international event industry. • Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. • Innovative thinker with a knack for developing and executing strategic plans.
