Job Description

As a Sales Manager in our company, you will be responsible for leading and managing a sales team of 45 members to ensure that individual and team targets are consistently met or exceeded. Your role will involve utilizing your over 5 years of industry experience to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction. You should have at least 2 years of experience in a managerial role within the international event industry. Providing ongoing training and support to new joiners and existing team members will be crucial for improving performance. Additionally, you will be expected to develop, implement, and optimize new sales strategies and techniques to generate high-quality leads and close deals effectively. Monitoring KPIs, preparing performance reports, and identifying areas for improvement will be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with cross-functional departments including marketing, operations, and client servicing is essential to ensure smooth event execution. It is important for you to stay updated on market trends and competitors to adjust strategies accordingly.
