Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a sales team of 4–5 members, ensuring individual and team targets are consistently met or exceeded. Utilize over 5 years of industry experience to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction. Carry at least 2 years of experience in a managerial role within the international event industry. Provide ongoing training and support to new joiners and existing team members to improve performance. Develop, implement, and optimize new sales strategies and techniques to generate high-quality leads and close deals effectively. Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional departments including marketing, operations, and client servicing to ensure smooth event execution. Stay updated on market trends and competitors to adjust strategies accordingly. Required Skills & Qualifications: Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 5 years of total experience, with at least 2 years in a team-leading/managerial role in the international event industry. Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
