The Director – Global Events & Championships is responsible for planning, directing, and delivering all international esports tournaments, leagues, and flagship championships under IFeS. This role ensures world-class event execution, operational excellence, athlete experience, and global standardization across all competitions. The Director will lead multi-country teams, manage large-scale event logistics, and uphold IFeS’s global competitive integrity. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & Event Planning Develop the global annual events calendar, tournament formats, and championship frameworks. Lead long-term planning for major esports events, world championships, and regional qualifiers. Establish global standards, rules, and operating procedures for all IFeS competitions. End-to-End Event Execution Oversee all aspects of event operations including venue management, scheduling, production, player services, and logistics.
