Job Description

The Sponsorship Sales Manager is responsible for securing sponsorships and partnership deals for IFeS’s global esports events, championships, conferences, and development programs. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, building corporate relationships, and delivering high-value brand engagement opportunities across international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sponsorship Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Identify, pitch, and close sponsorship deals for tournaments, championships, expos, and federation initiatives.
  • Develop customized sponsorship packages aligned with partner objectives and IFeS offerings.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Prospecting & Lead Development

  • Research and identify potential sponsors across gaming, tech, education, sports, entertainment, automotive, finance, and lifestyle sectors.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive outreach and networking.

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing sponsors and ensure long-term engagement.
  • Serve as the primary sales contact during negotiations, contracting, and onboarding.
  • Ensure sponsor satisfaction by coordinating with internal teams for delivery of all sponsorship commitments.

Collaboration & Activation Support

  • Work closely with the marketing, events, and partnerships teams to ensure seamless execution of sponsor branding, booths, promotions, and digital activations.
  • Provide post-event reports, ROI analysis, and renewal proposals.

Market & Industry Insights

  • Stay updated on global esports sponsorship trends, brand strategies, and competitor activities.
  • Recommend new opportunities for sponsorship growth and product development.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sports management, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in sponsorship sales, business development, or corporate partnerships (preferably in esports, sports, or entertainment).
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and closing high-value deals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build client trust and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of esports industry dynamics and global sponsorship markets is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
