Job Description

The Head – Sponsorship & Strategic Partnerships will lead global sponsorship strategy, partnership development, and long-term revenue growth for the International Federation of Esports. This role is responsible for building strong corporate alliances, securing high-value sponsorships for international esports events, and expanding the federation’s global network of strategic partners across industries.

Key Responsibilities :

Sponsorship Acquisition & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute global sponsorship strategies aligned with IFeS objectives and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify, pitch, and secure corporate sponsors for international tournaments, championships, conferences, and athlete programs.
  • Design sponsorship packages, proposals, and value-driven partnership offerings tailored to diverse industries.

Strategic Partnership Development

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with brands, enterprises, government bodies, academic institutions, and esports organizations.
  • Explore and negotiate strategic alliances that enhance IFeS’s reach, credibility, and global impact.
  • Collaborate with partners on co-branded programs, innovation projects, and international esports initiatives.

Relationship Management & Execution

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all sponsors and strategic partners.
  • Ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled and all brand integrations are executed seamlessly across events and digital platforms.
  • Monitor partner satisfaction and ensure consistent value delivery.

Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, events, community engagement, and technical teams to deliver seamless sponsorship activations.
  • Support event teams in implementing sponsor branding, booths, digital assets, and on-ground activations.

Market Insights & Reporting

  • Track esports market trends, brand engagement opportunities, and competitor activities.
  • Provide regular reports on sponsorship pipeline, revenue performance, and partnership outcomes.
  • Recommend new strategies and offerings to enhance sponsorship potential.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sports management, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7–12 years of experience in sponsorship sales, partnerships, or business development—preferably in sports, esports, or entertainment.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven record of securing high-value sponsorships and managing corporate partnerships.
  • Understanding of global esports ecosystems, digital engagement, and event marketing.
  • Ability to travel internationally and manage multiple large-scale partnerships simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
