Community Development Officer

The Community Development Manager will spearhead initiatives to build, nurture, and expand the global esports community of players, fans, organizations, and partners. This role focuses on strengthening community relationships, driving engagement programs, and creating impactful experiences that enhance participation and loyalty across all IFeS platforms and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global community engagement strategies to grow participation in esports programs and initiatives.
• Build, manage, and activate online and offline esports communities, including players, volunteers, influencers, and partner organizations.
• Lead communication and engagement campaigns across social media, community forums, and digital channels to amplify IFeS activities.
• Organize community-driven events, workshops, tournaments, and outreach programs to enhance involvement and visibility.
• Establish strong relationships with esports clubs, educational institutions, gaming publishers, and regional community leaders.
• Track community feedback, analyze engagement metrics, and propose improvements to strengthen outreach impact.
• Collaborate with marketing, events, and content teams to deliver cohesive engagement strategies for major events and initiatives.
• Oversee volunteer programs and ensure active, meaningful participation at IFeS championships and global events.
• Represent IFeS in community interactions, fostering an inclusive, supportive, and growth-oriented environment.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, sports management, or related field.
• Experience in community building, esports management, or digital engagement (preferred).
• Strong understanding of esports culture, trends, and audience behavior.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work closely with global stakeholders.
• Passionate about esports and youth community development.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
