As a Sales Team Manager in our dynamic and expanding organization, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing a sales team of 45 members to ensure the consistent achievement of individual and team targets. Drawing from your over 5 years of industry experience, you will drive revenue growth and client satisfaction. Your minimum 2 years of managerial experience in the international event industry will be instrumental in providing ongoing training and support to new joiners and existing team members, thereby enhancing overall performance. Your responsibilities will also include developing, implementing, and optimizing new sales strategies and techniques to generate high-quality leads and effectively close deals. By monitoring KPIs, preparing performance reports, and identifying areas for improvement, you will contribute to the continuous success of the team. Collaboration with cross-functional departments such as marketing, operations, and client servicing will be crucial to ensuring smooth event execution. Additionally, staying updated on market trends and competitors will enable you to adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge. To excel in this role, you should possess a Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with an MBA being preferred. Your minimum 5 years of total experience, along with at least 2 years in a team-leading or managerial role in the international event industry, will be essential.
