Location: Mumbai/Pune/Bangalore (Hybrid role) Salary: 3- 8 LPA + Performance Incentives upto 6 Lakhs Probation: 1-3 months (depending on experience) with structured compensation plan About the Role We are looking for highly motivated sales professionals who are eager to grow with a fast-evolving HR tech startup. As a Business Development Executive at Intellectsia, you will play a key role in reaching out to IT recruitment agencies and tech startups, delivering product demos, and closing deals. This role involves active outreach, product pitching, and converting leads into clients for our psychometric screening and AI-driven recruitment platform. Responsibilities Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets by generating new business from prospective and existing clients Identify, engage, and build long-term relationships with HR agencies and IT startups through proactive outreach (calls, emails) Conduct compelling virtual or in-person demos to showcase product benefits and handle complex negotiations with senior decision-makers Follow up persistently to close deals and onboard new clients, maintaining accurate records of outreach, leads, and conversions Collaborate with the core team to refine sales strategies and improve overall conversion rates What Were Looking For Strong communication and persuasion skills Confident speaking to HR managers, startup founders, or recruiters Self-driven and comfortable with performance-based roles Willingness to travel locally for demos if needed (incentives provided) Qualifications Minimum Qualification : Graduate in any stream Preferred : MBA in Marketing, HR, or related fields (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome) Experience : 0.6 to 5 years in sales, preferably B2B, SaaS, or HR services Advantage: Knowledge of recruitment, hiring workflows, or HR tech is a plus
