This role involves active outreach, product pitching, and converting leads into clients for our psychometric screening and AI-driven recruitment platform. Key Responsibilities Identify, pitch, and close sponsorship deals for events, summits, and branded initiatives led by Intellectsia. Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate partners, HR leaders, and brand decision-makers. Develop creative sponsorship proposals and co-branded partnership packages aligned with partner objectives. Drive end-to-end sponsorship lifecycle from lead generation, negotiation, and contract closure to delivery and reporting. Collaborate with marketing and events teams to ensure sponsor visibility, activation, and ROI delivery. Track and analyze sponsorship performance, market trends, and competitor benchmarks to optimize strategies. Represent Intellectsia at key HR forums, conferences, and networking events to expand corporate reach. Requirements 710 years of experience in sponsorship sales, corporate alliances, or business development , preferably in events, media, HRTech, or EdTech sectors . Proven track record of securing large sponsorships or brand collaborations (25L+ per campaign or equivalent). Strong network within HR, corporate communications, and marketing communities in India. Following are Role and Responsibilties of this position: The CHRO will lead Intellectsias entire people strategy while simultaneously shaping the companys HR products from a practitioners viewpoint, ensuring that all features and systems reflect real-world HR challenges and modern organisational needs. The CHRO will design strategic frameworks for recruitment, culture-building, workflow psychology, and employee well-being, and these frameworks will directly guide how Intellectsias HR tech solutions are structured, developed, and delivered to clients. The CHRO will work closely with the product and engineering teams to convert domain expertise into actionable product roadmaps, detailed workflows, AI logic, and assessment models that are both practical and scientifically grounded. The CHRO will oversee all internal people practices at Intellectsia, including hiring strategies, performance management systems, cultural development, leadership grooming, and policy creation, ensuring that the company becomes a demonstration model of its own products. The CHRO will create, validate, and refine psychometric, behavioural, and cognitive models that power Intellectsias AI-driven recruitment platform, ensuring accuracy, fairness, and alignment with modern organisational psychology. The CHRO will deeply engage with HR leaders, enterprise clients, industry experts, and partner organisations to gather insights, understand market pain points, test prototypes, and refine every HR product for stronger product-market fit. The CHRO will establish scalable processes, governance structures, compliance frameworks, and people operations systems that support Intellectsias rapid growth while maintaining legal, ethical, and cultural alignment. The CHRO will guide the development of Intellectsia’s work-culture optimisation engine and employee counselling solutions by integrating behavioural science, organisational psychology, and practical HR experience into every feature. The CHRO will represent Intellectsia at industry forums, summits, HR conferences, enterprise meetings, and leadership roundtables to build brand credibility, trust, and strong relationships across the HR community. The CHRO will mentor internal teams, coach emerging leaders, influence organisational behaviour, and ensure that Intellectsia evolves into a future-ready workplace that sets new benchmarks in HR technology, culture design, and applied organisational psychology.
