As a Sponsorship Sales Manager, your role will involve hunting new business relentlessly, crafting power-packed decks and proposals, negotiating and closing partnerships, owning and managing your pipeline, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, collaborating with internal teams, and consistently exceeding revenue targets quarter after quarter. You must have 3-4 years of solid experience in sponsorship sales, brand partnerships, or B2B media/event sales. Additionally, you should possess the skills of storytelling, negotiation, relationship-building, self-starting, and follow-up.
