Job Title: Zonal Sales Head Location: lucknow Experience: 10+ years Employment Type: Full-time Industry: FMCG Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Zonal Sales Head to lead our sales operations within the designated zone. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales growth, managing high-performing teams, and developing effective sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve zonal targets. • Lead, mentor, and manage the zonal sales team to drive performance. • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand market share. • Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to senior management. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.  Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Willingness to travel extensively within the zone.
