Job Description We are seeking a proactive and driven Outbound Lead Generation Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in outbound lead generation, a strong command of prospecting tools, and a passion for building high-quality sales pipelines. Key Responsibilities Research, identify, and qualify potential leads using tools such as Apollo.io or Lusha Proficiency in managing lead pipelines through CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Zoho Execute targeted outbound prospecting messages via LinkedIn and other professional networks Personalize messaging and follow-up sequences to maximize engagement and conversions Make cold calls to prospects for outreach, qualification, and appointment setting Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities and lead status in CRM Skills Requirement Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound lead generation or sales development Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in using Apollo.io or Lusha for prospect research and data enrichment Demonstrated experience with LinkedIn prospecting and outreach Comfortable and effective with cold calling for outreach and lead qualification Highly organized, target-driven, and self-motivated Experience working with CRM systems is a plus
