Job Description

ACHNET Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales of our HR Tech products, including AI Interview and AI Assessment solutions, within the US market. This role requires a strong understanding of the HR technology landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  2. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of our HR Tech solutions.
  3. Manage and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information in our CRM system.
  4. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to provide feedback and insights on market trends and customer needs.
  7. Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts.

Educational Qualifications

  1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Must-Have Skills

  1. 3-4 years of experience in inside sales, specifically selling HR Tech products in the US market.
  2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
  3. Strong understanding of AI Interview and AI Assessment technologies.
  4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficiency in using CRM software (eg, Salesforce, HubSpot).

Good-to-Have Skills

  1. Experience selling SaaS-based solutions.
  2. Knowledge of the HR industry and its challenges.
  3. Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Sandler.
