Role Overview: We’re looking for an experienced Sponsorship Sales Manager to join our Mumbai team. In this role, you’ll lead the end-to-end sales process — identifying prospects, building relationships, pitching sponsorship solutions, and closing deals. You’ll be instrumental in driving FanZown’s growth by connecting brands with sports audiences through creative and measurable partnerships. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and engage with potential sponsors across sectors (FMCG, tech, wellness, finance, etc.). • Develop sponsorship proposals aligned with client objectives and event requirements. • Manage sales pipelines, lead generation, and conversion strategies. • Negotiate and close sponsorship deals ensuring win-win outcomes. • Work closely with internal teams to ensure activation success and client satisfaction. • Track market trends, competitor activity, and evolving sponsorship opportunities. What We’re Looking For: • 3–6 years of sponsorship/partnership sales experience in sports, entertainment, or events. • Proven track record of closing high-value deals. • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Passion for sports, creativity, and delivering measurable results.
